Ethan Lee, Founder & Parner Ethan is a 20 year private equity industry veteran that most recently led Korean LP investments in Toshiba Memory LBO, working with the main sponsor Bain Capital. He previously led investments in Hanwha Investment, Lone Star Funds, and other PE firms, while raising over $1bn institutional funds. He started his career auditing Korean conglomerates and providing transaction advisory service as a CPA in big 4. Ethan holds MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and BBA from Yonsei University in Seoul.
Shawn Yum, Parnter Shawn is an attorney admitted in the state of New York and has been advising conglomerates and private equity firms in a long list of cross border M&A transactions and joint ventures, while also being recognized in 2020 and 2019 in corporate M&A by the Legal 500. Shawn received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, M.A. in Economics from Columbia University, and B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he graduated summa cum laude.
